The Barracuda is by far my favorite torch. It’s so playful and powerful....a real tugboat of a torch. It’s just unstoppable. It’s versatility is legend and you get a lot of bang for the buck. Here’s a short movie that illustrates a few torch settings for some of the more common types of projects.

Truthfully, this torch can make some rather hefty items, and my demonstrators were making more diminutive work. I wish I had some footage that shows it’s large end capabilities. Still, you’ll get some good ideas as to what kind of settings to use on this torch. By the way, it’s preferred line pressures are 5 lb. gas & 20 lb. tanked oxygen. You can get by on two concentrators as well. And like all Bethlehem’s, you shouldn’t be hearing a loud torch hiss. These torches are QUIET when the flame is properly mixed. If you hear major hiss......turn down your oxygen and save yourself some money!
